Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 3:29 pm

Its time to weep for all those who lost their lives  in the mindless and senseless killings in our city. Our heart goes out to the victims  families in this their moment of great  distress.

This is not the time to dissect the bombing. It can wait.

Lest we forget our history.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 7:02 am

On 4th July 2011,Otto Von Habsburg, the last crown Prince of Austria,Hungary,Croatia and Bohemia passed away at Pocking,Germany at the age of 84.He was the eldest son of Blessed Charles First of Austria. The empire was dissolved in 1918 ,after the first world war and the Hapsburg dynasty went into exile.Otto as  he was popularly known joined politics after his return to Europe after WW2,from the U.S. and worked tirelessly to unify a divided Europe and remind the continent of its christian roots.

May his soul rest in Peace.

The P.M has spoken.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 6:49 am

We have a new set of ministers.Nothing to crow about Just  a game of musical chairs..What is surprising is that Mr Gurudas Kamat, was treated so shabbily. What is the politics in getting rid of him, will take some time to come to the surface Possibly.the fact he is not a maharatta could be a reason, but Vilasrao Deshmukh also has not  been treated  too well, though a maharatta, but then he was under a cloud, whereas Kamat was not .The name of the ministry allotted to him  should also have been cleaned out.It has such an offending sound .Some thing  like National Water Resources  and Sewerage  Development Services would have sounded better?

Lets hope that Hon Mr Kamat, will spend more time in his Constituency and attend to many pressing civic  issues on which he had not found the time earlier, which will stand him in good stead, in the days to come.

That the Cong(I) is the Party of the big capitalists is plain for all to see. That the Environment minister was shifted to rural development,is a clear signal to big business that the P.M. is on their side. After all this is a laissez faire government where corruption is an accepted fact and treated as a natural collateral to  development. God help  us, the people of this country, if ,as is reported ,there is not likely to be any change till the next elections.

The new  Hon Minster for Railways has no P.M.It appears his Prime  Minister sits in Writers Building and like Mao had a vision for his country ,she had  for the Indian Railways. He has studied  her vision so avidly  , that if he could help it, he would make it a subject for study by every child in the country. He should actually  have been the minister for education cum railways .He says he  has studied it  and anyone educated on the thesis  annunciated by Ms Banerjee i.e.The Vision Statement 2020,. will needs have nothing more to study  on the subject of running  railways.Mamta Banerjee had per Mr Trivedi  been born an Engineer  and her vision if recognized earlier would have benefitted the entire nation.Mr Trivedi can now relax and continue with running his business? It is unfortunate this nation had taken so long to discover this great engineering brain who had  a vision for the Railways right up to 2020.Thanks to Mr Trivedi every child In the country will learn about this new Visvaarayya

.Presently it is reported she is busy returning land taken forceably from the farmers by the CPM, not long ago and given to the Tatas

.For those killed by accidents on the railways they need not worry now  and in future as  at least one member  from each  family will be provided  a job.

Cabinet reshuffle at the Centre.Does it make any difference.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 2:01 pm

It is reported that the P.M. in consultation with his adviser , the Hon Lady, are going to do some moving about of some of the gentlemen already appointed earlier in the cabinet. This is said to be just cosmetic and not major. How cosmetic changes will being the required change in the perception that this is the most corrupt government this country has been cursed with,is any body’s guess.

The fact remains that many of the laws we are  following were first drafted by the British in the 19th century and these are still on our books. There is need for more ministers in the Law Ministry to clean up the stables.Lets hope the change brings in somebody who talks less and acts more.Because it still takes more that a decade for any case to be decided by our Courts and Moilys three years deadline has passed ,but there is no law to show seriousness by the G.O.I. on the subject.

It is reported that our M.P. is going to be given independent charge of something. However one hopes that he will make a personnel change in his D.N.Nagar office,so that letters  requesting  his personal attention and assistance regarding  requirements of the citizens of the area  are properly attended to.

The Indian Railways,Victim of mal – administration?

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 1:39 pm

The Railways portfolio is said to be reserved for Ms Mamta Banerjee.Presently there is no full fledged Minister, except for thr MOS,who has no admisitratice experience at all. Many important posts are lying vacant as the lady is now the C.M and still throwing the punches. After all she is an important ally of the Cong(I),and they dare not rough her up.One more time where we have a good man doing his job as the P.M but not necessarily doing the right thing.

The Locals and the Military once again did a wonderful job of rescue at Fatehpur in U.P.Lets hope some of these unknowns are honored with awards.

The underground is still playing mischief in Assam .Justice calls for strict action against those who took the  lives of innocents.

Hon Haryana High Court finds Cell Towers need regulation by law.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 3:07 pm

The Maharastra Government is run by the Congress (I) and its splinter, the NCP of Mr S Pawar. Both these parties have lost steam and now represent the large Corporates. So they do not find it necessary to protect am admi from the activities of the cell tower installation companies who day in and day out emit dangerous electromagnetic radiation, at those living in their vicinity, from their installations

Unfortunately the time to the next election is three years and in between many will get cancer because of the mistake made in voting these people to power.Thank God however the judiciary is keeping the wolves at bay The  Hon Justices in Haryana have on 3.6.2011, delivered an important judgement protecting the people in the State from these so called service providers.

One wishes Mr Gandhi  puts this State on his next padyatra since there are Kisans here too but  Ms Mayavati is not on this turf.

Whats Mr Gandhi up to in his padyatra to U.P.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 2:47 pm

Mr Gandhi is said to the P.M in waiting. He has , in his own words, got more educated  in the last four days on his padyatra through the villages of U.P. than he has in his life.Imagine if he goes thru all the villages of India how much he will learn. The danger is he may covert to some other form for change.

Mr Gandhi should know by now that his party has been ruling at the centre for the major portion of governance after we became free from the foreigner.Presently his party is the moving light at the centre since the last seven years, yet there is the same 1894 law on the statute book governing the taking of land from the kisans. The problens in U.P.,were the same Ms Banerjee exploited in Bengal and which are causing upheavals in his party governed Sate of Maharastra, involving the building of a nuclear plant where land is being similarly snatched from kisans in Konkan.

THe Indian Railways is also governed by a law that dates back to 1880.He must give some thought why his Party has not found the time to effect changes after 72 years of freedom, leave aside the fact that some modern subjects like installation of Cell towers is not governed by any central legislation as yet.He can do more good if he were to invite suggestions from citizens of the country about the difficulties they are being faced with daily because of mal administration by his Party than undertake padyatras.

Where are our girl Children and our children disappeaaring.

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 12:55 pm

It is reported that there is an all out war on the girl child.160 million girl babies have been aborted by sex selection all over  our  country,China and the rest of the developing  world. How is it possible for these murdsrs to take place openly.

The  U.S which per  the  law of Karma, is headed  for destruction, is said to be at   the forefront, with its dollars ,to ensure Governments in the developing nations toe their line  on  such murders. The murders cry to the heavens for justice ,along with the murder of the  others for their organs.

We hope our Hon Members of Parliament pass a very strict law to ensure an immediate end to these murders.

WHERE HAVE THE RADIATIONS ON CELL TOWERS GONE;

Filed under: Uncategorized — vjfnoronha @ 12:41 pm

The Times of India of date (2.7.2011) on page 7 carries a news report that the C.M of our State, Hon Mr Prithviraj Chavan, who also looks after the U.D.Ministry,has suddenly discovered that radiations from Cell towers and cell phones are non existent and his friends among the Cell Companies will have a free3 run in installing their towers as they in any case do with everything in laeague with the Builders, who hand over this curse to flat buyers as a gift ,as the flaawt comes with tower overhead.

The report says that all the concerned Ministries i.e.Health,Environment and of course the U.D ministry officials were all present at this review meeting when they made these weighty decisions. If the Times report is to be believed, these officials it would appear  had not read or heard of any national or international report which warns of the dangers to young children  exposed to such unrestricted radiations.therefore there was no reason they be banned on or near Schools or hospitals. It is said the ostrich is a bird which when it finds its enemies are about to get it,hides its head in the sand and believes what it cannot  to see ,just goes away.

Congratulations Mr C.M.Fortunately the next elections are not far away.It may be necessary to limit his term to a single one.

About there being no studies on the subject is not correct. The report of the high power committee of the G.O.I. found that there were dangers to citizens and especially children and  made recommendations about where these installations would be allowed. They also based on  international studies, the levels of radiations which would be allowed.Mr S Pilot is on record that he will fine these Service Providers, if they do not behave. But Mr Chavan, our Saviour, who was sent here  to fire -fight, by his High Command, has found that there is no fire and he need not worry.

Tehelka magazine carried an entire issue on  the subjecct about the radiation levels all over India and especially in Mumbai(Sarurday 12,June 2010)This is how long the subject is being debated in the corridors of our State, and they have a miscarrriage.Of course they expect these companies, who have flouted all laws to self introspect and keep levels of radiations safe , with testing  equipment which they do not have or staff who know nothing on the subject similarly..

There are more than 5000 installations in this State and our Hon P.M. believes that the Department of Telecommunications, will issue certificates on safe levels of radiations How many scams will this department face Is one 2G not enough.Must we have a T1 scam.Of course if there are no guidlines, what are they  going to certify? Only God and our vote, can save us and our children, from such disdain.
